Saddle Peak – Malibu

This newly completed house is 13,000 sf. and two stories elevated over a subterranean parking garage accessed by a  car elevator. It was built into a very challenging 40 acre site with a steep, rocky hillside and features an infinity pool with jetliner coastal views. Board form concrete, Corten steel, natural wood and floor to ceiling glass are the palette of materials used throughout the house.
