Saddle Peak – Malibu

Completed in 2017, this 13,000 sf. home was built into a very challenging 40 acre site with a steep, rocky hillside and features an infinity pool with jetliner coastal views. The concrete building structure is elevated over a subterranean parking garage accessed by a car elevator. Board form concrete, Corten steel, natural wood and floor to ceiling glass are the palette of materials used throughout the house. Fire resistive construction techniques saved this home from the Palisades fire.
