Kanan Dume – Malibu

Fire rebuild of a 6600 sf. home destroyed in the 2018 Woosley fire.  This large flat site is situated on a private bluff overlooking the Pacific.  A large double height living volume overlooks the spacious back yard entertainment area and zero edge pool.  A series of expansive glass doors roll into a wall pocket, making a seamless connection to the outdoors.  Architectural board form concrete walls are prevalent throughout the first floor.  And an open stair leads to a bridge overlooking the ocean, living room and courtyard below.
